Pam Richardson has been managing hotel operations since 1980. Her career has been quite varied, ranging from overseeing the food & beverage operation of a 4 diamond hotel, to running small limited service properties, Vice President of Operations of a resort and country club, and General Manager of airport, leisure, corporate and life-style hotels.

One of the common denominators in the vast majority of her experience involves turn around, repositioning, and opening properties to achieve strong bottom line profits for ownership.

Ms. Richardson has also been very involved in industry and community organizations. She is currently the Chair for the California Hotel & Lodging Association. She is also a Past President of the San Diego County Hotel-Motel Association, and has served as a Director on the boards of the San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau, the San Diego North Convention and Visitors Bureau, and various other volunteer boards.

Recognition for her work over the years has included being awarded the “Hotelperson of the Year”
in 2004 through the San Diego County Hotel-Motel Association, she was a recipient of the San Diego Business Journal’s “Women Who Mean Business” in 2003, and was honored by the County of San Diego with the designation of “Pamela Richardson Day” on July 15, 2005.
